Join us for the 4th Annual Otay Ranch Town Center Band Review presented by Parade Band Foundation, Inc., with growing incentives and be part of our continually growing event! In the three years since the Otay Ranch Band Review's inception, Parade Band Foundation has helped to support music programs by providing over $5,000 in grants and scholarships, over $6,500 in travel relief/assistance, and partnering with businesses, over $20,000 in awards and incentives. The parade and band review celebrates and honors the veterans and military service men and women of America who have defended our freedom and have served their country proudly.

We are again offering Grant Money to 1st Place Winners in EVERY division plus the Overall Band Sweepstakes Winner. We are also proud to offer travel stipends for out of area bands on a "first come, first serve" basis. The event is SCSBOA adjudicated.

Parade Band Foundation, Inc. offers among the most incentives, scholarships, and grants of any event of its kind in the entire nation for Band Reviews! With the help of our sponsors and partnerships with businesses, Parade Band Foundation, Inc. is able to offer the following at the Otay Ranch Town Center Band Review:

- Tuition Scholarship to World Drum Major Association, Inc. & San Diego State University DrumMajorCamp.com
- Parade Band Foundation & Bertrand's Music sponsored clinician, to work with two school’s parade band ($250 value each).
- Free Toll for Busses, Trucks, and Equipment Vehicles on the South Bay Expressway SR-125 (Provided by Parade Band Foundation)
- Schools received a (non-adjudicated) CD Clinic from Tom Cole during the Band Review competition.
- Each school’s Drum Captains received custom drum heads commemorating event, provided by Nick Rail Music.
- All Student Leaders receive Embroidered Patches commemorating event.
- Each school’s Color Guard Captains receive roses.

It would be nice if the Parade Band Foundation would work on having a PBF event in Nor Cal too.
