Defending State Class AAAAA Champion Duncanville closed out its competitive marching season with a victory at the North Texas Marching Invitiational. The Panther Band held off Langham Creek to win the top spot among 21 Bands. Final Results are as follows

150 miles southwest of Mesquite, the Kingwood High School Band repeated its championship at the National association of Military Marching Bands Contest.
They were rated champions and best in Class AAAAA

With the completion of this weeks UIL Contest, the competitive marching schedule comes to an end. We now prepare for the Football playoffs beginning the week of 14 Nov. With most games being played at Neutral Sites on Saturdays, this last weekend brought to a close a great marching season in Texas.
