This is my attempt to compare and adjust scores from competition to competition to create an overall ranking of the competitive environment.

BANDS WILL NOT BE RANKED UNTIL THEY HAVE COMPETED

The sports polls for colleges do a Top 25, so that's what I will do, too.

In WBA, the A/AA/AAA scores are adjusted to put them on a comparable level with the AAAA/AAAAA scores, since the two categories use different criteria on the sheets.

can you give some insight into how you rank. Is it score alone, or are you adding contest strength or personal opinion?

No personal opinion. (The rankings would look quite different if that were included.)

Contest strength is factored in, as is a score's relative growth compared to: the band's scoring history, the band's competitor's scoring history, and the margins between bands at different competitions.

Well thank You for posting this :D even if weeks 1/2 are missing

All I really wanted is to see the living potential within the music programs here in Southern California [I'm a strong advocate of keeping music in schools, Private Music Company] and of course the "war" between Ayala :viking: taking down James Logan :king: [It was the buzz 2009]

But regardless, Thank You So Much!!!

And I know you may be busy with other stuff throughout the week, but if you could post your weekly postings of WBA Rankings. I ish greatly appreciated

Not sure what this means. Every WBA score through 10/15 is included.
