AB351 is now called AB1569. Same content, same result, but it is out of the Assembly and moving on to the California State Senate.

AB1569 has stalled in the Ca State Senate and will not be acted on further during this term.

Two of my daughters participated in marching band in the RUSD at JW North in the Blue Star Regiment. They both earned PE credit. I am glad this system continues for all of the current students that would have been affected by the bill.

Our director just announced this today. The whole band immediately stood up and started cheering. I'm happy they decided to continue to give PE credits not just to marching band, but to all the programs it was going to be cut from.
